Eugen Fink 1905 – 1975
Eugen Fink (1905 – 1975) was a German philosopher of the Contemporary era, associated with Phenomenology and Continental Philosophy.
Eugen Fink was a German phenomenologist, the closest collaborator of Edmund Husserl in his last years and a long-time colleague of Martin Heidegger at Freiburg. He served as Husserl's research assistant from 1928 until Husserl's death in 1938 and helped to prepare Husserl's late manuscripts on the crisis of European sciences.
